Job Summary

General Overview:

Intelligent Solutions has partnered with an esteemed organization to hire a Head of Human Resources. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR functions and aligning people initiatives with the companys growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a female Arabic-speaking HR professional with a strong track record in building effective HR frameworks fostering organizational culture and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
Design and implement HR strategies policies and frameworks that promote a high-performance employee-centric culture.
Drive talent acquisition onboarding and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee relations performance management compensation and benefits and learning & development programs.
Partner with senior leadership to develop workforce planning succession strategies and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to HR teams to enhance capability efficiency and engagement.
Continuously assess HR processes introducing best practices and technology-driven improvements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR matters driving people strategies that support sustainable growth.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field (masters degree preferred).
Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
Approximately 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience within the UAE.
Proven expertise across the full HR lifecycle recruitment employee relations performance management L&D and C&B.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws HR policies and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
High level of integrity discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
