Job Summary
- Develop high-quality visual designs for product packaging labels safety signage and technical documentation.
- Create digital and print assets for marketing materials including brochures banners social media content and trade show displays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy brand consistency and compliance with manufacturing and safety regulations.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines design templates and asset libraries for efficient reuse across departments.
- Translate technical specifications and engineering drawings into clear visually intuitive graphics for user manuals and instructional materials.
- Optimize designs for various production methods including screen printing digital printing and laser engraving.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and detail.
- Conduct regular reviews of design outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards regulatory requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design preferably within manufacturing industrial or engineering environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) with experience in vector graphics and print production workflows.
- Strong understanding of typography color theory layout principles and brand identity development.
- Experience creating technical illustrations schematics or user interface graphics for industrial applications.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes safety standards (e.g. OSHA ISO) and regulatory labeling requirements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation for visual representation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented deadline-driven environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work including packaging signage technical illustrations and marketing collateral.
