Job Description

- Develop and execute effective brand strategies for organic and health food product launch - go to market strategy for the product launch and market penetration.
- Develop and executive strategic and operational sales plans for market share, volume and revenue.
- Define pricing models based on competitor analysis, sales forecasts and market penetration.
- Source and appoint distributors through impactful presentations and sales negotiation.
- Create partnerships in the health & fitness and HoReCA sector.
- Establish brand guidelines for product launch marketing and PoS collateral.
- Develop and manage budgets related to promotions, PoS materials and distribution.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ UAE experience in organic food, F&B or FMCG product launches in modern trade and HORECA – direct sales, trade marketing, category management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen - SWOT analysis based on competitor and consumer insights, customer segmentation and route to market options.
- Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
