Job Summary
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS local regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow working capital and treasury operations.
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and enhance financial controls processes and reporting frameworks.
- Support business units with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team.
- Professional qualification such as CA ACCA CPA or CIMA preferred.
- 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards budgeting and controls.
- Experience within diversified groups holding companies or multi-entity environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling/reporting tools.
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Required Skills:
