Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Financial Controller on behalf of a diversified holding company in the UAE. The role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting budgeting compliance cash flow management and internal controls while supporting strategic business decisions across multiple business units. The Financial Controller will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in strengthening financial governance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Manage monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes. - Ensure compliance with IFRS local regulations and internal policies. - Monitor cash flow working capital and treasury operations. - Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies. - Develop and enhance financial controls processes and reporting frameworks. - Support business units with financial analysis and decision-making. - Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and variance analysis activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. - Professional qualification such as CA ACCA CPA or CIMA preferred. - 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards budgeting and controls. - Experience within diversified groups holding companies or multi-entity environments is preferred. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling/reporting tools. - Strong leadership stakeholder management and analytical skills.
