This permanent direct-employer position offers a remarkable blend of high-end clinical practice and the ultimate luxury maritime lifestyle.

You will deliver continuous 1:1 bespoke medical care chronic condition monitoring and high-level medical coordination for an esteemed 80-year-old VIP client.

Instead of standard hospital wards your environment will transition between premium private residences and cruising the most sought-after Mediterranean destinations including Monaco Greece Ibiza the Côte dAzur Mallorca Marbella and the Algarve.

You will never operate in isolation; safety and premium care are paramount. You will work within a highly structured double-nurse shift system ensuring two registered nurses are on duty together at all times.

Furthermore your clinical practice will be fully supported by an elite multidisciplinary medical team working under the direct guidance of a Western-trained Lead Doctor and alongside Western-trained Physiotherapists.

Requirements

A completed 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) representing a Western-accredited degree. Candidates from Tier 1 regions (UK USA Australia) and Tier 2 European regions are highly sought after.

Active Registered Nurse license.

Fluent English proficiency (Native speaker or certified C1 Advanced level).

Complete flexibility and availability for extensive international travel on short notice.

Required Skills:

Medical degree from the UK Ireland Europe USA Canada Australia or New Zealand. Minimum 5 years post-specialisation. Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine preferred. Fluent English essential. Private medicine concierge medicine executive health remote medicine travel medicine or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred. High discretion clinical autonomy and international travel flexibility required.
