Director Marketing

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director Marketing to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As the head of our marketing department you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity driving growth and leading innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team fostering creativity and excellence
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Direct market research efforts to identify new opportunities and consumer insights
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI making data-driven decisions
• Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Present marketing plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Cultivate relationships with key partners agencies and media outlets

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
• 10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing including social media and content marketing
• Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with UAE market trends and consumer behavior (preferred)
• Professional marketing certifications (e.g. CIM AMA) are a plus
• Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our companys sector
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
