Your Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Content Direction
You will lead the creative direction and strategic planning of all short-form content across social media platforms ensuring every piece is aligned with brand identity audience positioning and business objectives.
You will develop original content concepts episodic formats campaign ideas and storytelling structures designed for high engagement and virality.
You will create creative frameworks scripts hooks and storyboards that give the production team a clear and compelling brief to execute from.
Trend Analysis and Platform Optimisation
You will stay updated on social media trends viral formats audience behaviour and platform algorithms identifying opportunities to capitalise on trends while keeping the brands voice distinct and consistent.
You will analyse content performance metrics including retention watch time engagement and reach using those insights to continuously optimise future content strategies.
Creative Team Management
You will coordinate and guide videographers editors designers and content creators to ensure high-quality and timely content execution.
You will provide creative feedback during scripting shooting editing and post-production stages maintaining content quality and consistency across every deliverable.
You will ensure content calendars and campaign deliverables are executed within deadlines and aligned with strategic priorities.
Campaign and Brand Collaboration
You will collaborate with Marketing PR and Business teams to align content initiatives with campaigns launches and commercial goals.
You will support founder-led marketing initiatives through innovative storytelling and audience engagement strategies contributing ideas for brand positioning and community growth.
Innovation and Performance Growth
You will continuously experiment with new formats hooks and editing styles to improve content performance identifying scalable systems and repeatable formats that generate results consistently.

To be considered for this role you should have
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Media Communications Film Journalism or a related field is preferred.
4 to 7 years of experience in short-form content strategy creative direction social media content or creator and influencer marketing.
Prior experience working with high-profile creators influencers or founder-led brands is preferred.
Deep knowledge of TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and social media algorithms.
Strong scriptwriting storyboarding and creative campaign planning capability.
