In partnership with our client a premium personal brand and business group based in the UAE we are seeking a Creative Director for Short Form Content to lead the creative vision strategy and execution of all short-form content across TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and similar platforms. Who are we looking for
  • You are a short-form content specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience in creative direction social media content strategy or creator and influencer marketing.
  • You are deeply fluent in TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts understanding algorithms audience behaviour and what separates content that performs from content that disappears.
  • You are a creative powerhouse who can generate original concepts hooks scripts and formats consistently and at pace without sacrificing quality or brand alignment.
  • You are trend-aware and fast-moving able to identify what is working on the internet and translate it into content that feels fresh and native to the brand.
  • You are analytical and performance-driven using retention data engagement metrics and reach analytics to continuously improve creative output.
  • You are a confident collaborator guiding videographers editors and designers with clear creative direction and maintaining quality across every piece of content.
Your Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Content Direction
  • You will lead the creative direction and strategic planning of all short-form content across social media platforms ensuring every piece is aligned with brand identity audience positioning and business objectives.
  • You will develop original content concepts episodic formats campaign ideas and storytelling structures designed for high engagement and virality.
  • You will create creative frameworks scripts hooks and storyboards that give the production team a clear and compelling brief to execute from.
Trend Analysis and Platform Optimisation
  • You will stay updated on social media trends viral formats audience behaviour and platform algorithms identifying opportunities to capitalise on trends while keeping the brands voice distinct and consistent.
  • You will analyse content performance metrics including retention watch time engagement and reach using those insights to continuously optimise future content strategies.
Creative Team Management
  • You will coordinate and guide videographers editors designers and content creators to ensure high-quality and timely content execution.
  • You will provide creative feedback during scripting shooting editing and post-production stages maintaining content quality and consistency across every deliverable.
  • You will ensure content calendars and campaign deliverables are executed within deadlines and aligned with strategic priorities.
Campaign and Brand Collaboration
  • You will collaborate with Marketing PR and Business teams to align content initiatives with campaigns launches and commercial goals.
  • You will support founder-led marketing initiatives through innovative storytelling and audience engagement strategies contributing ideas for brand positioning and community growth.
Innovation and Performance Growth
  • You will continuously experiment with new formats hooks and editing styles to improve content performance identifying scalable systems and repeatable formats that generate results consistently.
  • You will utilise AI tools analytics platforms and creative technologies to enhance content ideation production efficiency and performance tracking.

  • Consistent growth in followers reach and engagement across TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts driven by high-performing strategically crafted content.
  • A steady pipeline of original content ideas that are executed on time on brand and optimised for the platforms they are published on.
  • Content formats that are scalable repeatable and consistently generate strong retention and engagement metrics over time.
  • A creative team that operates with clarity speed and quality under strong and consistent creative direction.
To be considered for this role you should have
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing Media Communications Film Journalism or a related field is preferred.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in short-form content strategy creative direction social media content or creator and influencer marketing.
  • Prior experience working with high-profile creators influencers or founder-led brands is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and social media algorithms.
  • Strong scriptwriting storyboarding and creative campaign planning capability.
