We working with a newly created fund in Abu Dhabi who are looking for a Company Secretary to support their secretariat function. The company secretary will act as a liaison between the company's board of directors, management, and external stakeholders.
You must have an undergraduate degree
You must have at least 5 years experience working in a Company Secretary capacity
