  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and maximize
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to enable them to achieve their
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or another advanced degree may be preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales management or leadership, with at least 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, and experience developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience managing a team of sales professionals and driving results through others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and developing others
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales technology tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and meet with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet aggressive sales
