Responsibilities
- Engage with our Discord communities ensuring conversations remain active and positive.
- Support community-driven initiatives contests and live events.
- Assist with content creation and posting across social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to foster community growth and loyalty.

- Strong interest in gaming and esports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Discord and other social platforms.
- Creative mindset and ability to contribute ideas for community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Experience operating online tournaments (preferred but not essential).
This role provides the chance to be part of ITP Gamings team helping shape the experience of gamers across the Middle East while building practical skills in social media and community management.
