Job Description

- Develop and implement Business Excellence framework and systems to assess and track current operational practices and make recommendations for continuous and sustainable improvement.
- Develop SOPs for all departments and ensure all policies, processes and frameworks are accurately documented and updated as required.
- Develop and implement an Integrated Management System for product, service, and process excellence in addition to monitoring metrics and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective HSE management system as per OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standard requirements.
- Manage all QHSE requirements for full cycle production – statutory and best practice governance, training (tool box talks), auditing, reporting and corrective measures are implemented, followed up and closed out.
- Ensure all improvement, corrective and remedial requirements are actioned in a timely manner to significantly improve efficiency and quality, eliminate non-value-added activities and reduce costs.
- Develop rigorous KPI metrics and dashboards to build high performance teams.
- Optimize waste management and implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports - identify, investigate and report on areas of concern and gaps where practices and controls are inadequate and a risk.
