Business Development Executive Facility Management
Role Summary The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and expanding the companys facility management portfolio. This role focuses on securing contracts for services such as maintenance cleaning security and property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial residential and industrial sectors
Generate leads through networking cold calls referrals and market research
Prepare and present proposals quotations and service solutions to clients
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend facility management services
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and upselling
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends competitors and pricing strategies
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field
25 years experience in business development sales or facility/property management
Strong understanding of facility management services (maintenance security cleaning etc.)
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
