Business Analyst

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• MBA in Finance Business Management or equivalent specialization (mandatory).
• 25 years of experience in Business Analysis Financial Analysis Industrial Operations Heavy Lifting Transport Operations Equipment Rental or Engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting forecasting cost control and profitability analysis.
• Experience in project costing variance analysis and operational KPI monitoring.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and reporting expertise.
• Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Dynamics or equivalent.
• Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
