Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
MBA in Finance Business Management or equivalent specialization (mandatory).
25 years of experience in Business Analysis Financial Analysis Industrial Operations Heavy Lifting Transport Operations Equipment Rental or Engineering sectors.
Strong knowledge of budgeting forecasting cost control and profitability analysis.
Experience in project costing variance analysis and operational KPI monitoring.
Advanced MS Excel skills and reporting expertise.
Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar BI platforms.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Dynamics or equivalent.
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
