The Principal Application Operations (Digital) is responsible for ensuring the stability availability and performance of all critical digital platforms. This role oversees end-to-end operational health across mobile web APIs CRM and ERP systems acting as a production gatekeeper while driving continuous improvement automation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end availability stability and performance of digital applications.
Drive proactive monitoring across application infrastructure database and network layers.
Lead incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
Act as the production gatekeeper for deployments and releases.
Own Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and execute regular DR testing.
Provide performance reporting and stakeholder communication.
Manage vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
Drive audit remediation and compliance controls.
Lead innovation through automation AIOps and RPA initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in application operations support or engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) databases networking and enterprise systems.
Experience supporting mobile web API CRM and ERP applications.
