Supervise day-to-day operations resolve issues and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Manage team discipline performance appraisals and HSE responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities:
Conduct random site inspections (day/night) to ensure performance and compliance.
Motivate discipline and communicate regularly with team members.
Investigate incidents and report to SIRA/ASSD.
Manage administrative dutiesleave planning appraisals and reporting.
Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up and collections.
Handle client communication and complaints within 24 hours.
Oversee vehicle and property use by staff.
Coordinate SIRA/PSBD licensing and training.
Manage deployment relievers and replacements.
Conduct customer meetings ensure KPIs and satisfaction.
Oversee HSE compliance report incidents within 12 hours.
Ensure site resources (water shade toilets) and accommodation standards.

Standardize and deliver monthly reports.
Oversee invoice documentation and submission.
D. Training
Ensure compliance with SIRA licensing.
Manage in-house on-site and digital training (via Farnek Buddy).
