Job Summary
Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving revenue for the hotels suite accommodations by identifying new business opportunities maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The role involves managing corporate leisure and long-stay accounts coordinating with operational departments and assisting in meeting overall sales targets.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Marketing.
Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related roles.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused results-driven and organized with strong attention to detail.
Sales & target oriented
Has a good client relationship management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrates effective time management and multitasking skills
With professional appearance and good communication skills
Additional Information :
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for hotel suites.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate leisure travel agency and long-stay markets.
Conduct sales calls site inspections and presentations to potential clients.
Support the negotiation of contracts and rate agreements in line with hotel guidelines.
Prepare sales proposals quotations and follow-up communications.
