After-Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused After-Sales Account Manager to support and strengthen long-term customer relationships throughout the vehicle ownership journey. This role combines customer relationship management vehicle handovers after-sales coordination service upselling and customer retention within a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive professional and highly organized with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. You should be comfortable managing customer expectations coordinating across departments and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction in a KPI-driven environment. • Manage customer vehicle handovers and ensure a smooth professional delivery experience

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after vehicle purchase

• Monitor after-sales accounts customer cases and ownership-related follow-ups

• Support upselling opportunities for automotive services and products

• Coordinate with internal departments including Service Finance and After-Sales teams

• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the ownership lifecycle

• Handle customer concerns complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently

• Build strong relationships that contribute to long-term customer retention and loyalty

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

• Ensure all customer interactions and operational processes are handled ethically and professionally

• Work within a KPI and performance-driven environment while maintaining service quality

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and after-sales processes

• Previous experience in customer service account management automotive operations or sales

• Experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred

• Strong communication interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to manage customer expectations in a professional and solution-oriented manner

• Good organizational skills with operational awareness and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment

• Positive attitude adaptability and ability to work with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds

• Fluency in English is required

• Competitive Salary:

  • AED 5000 during probation

  • AED 6000 after successful probation

• Target-based incentive structure with commission potential

• Expected On-Target Earnings of approximately AED 15000/month
