Account Administrator

At Drjob, a leading player in the Public Health sector based in Dubai, UAE, we are seeking an Account Administrator to join our dedicated team. As an Account Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes efficiently

- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements

- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile any discrepancies

- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting activities

- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and data entry

Requirements & Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA

- Experience with financial analysis and forecasting
