- Working knowledge of all elements of reward – base pay, variable pay (short term and long term), benefits, etc.; good knowledge and experience of benefits management.
- Experience of reward issues/ challenges of comparable sector (preferable).
- Bachelor’s or master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant reward experience.
- Experience of using HR systems (e.g. Oracle Cloud) and performance management systems.
- Understanding of financial impact of actions and active stakeholder engagement.
- Good communication skills – verbal, written; good presentation skills; good analytical skills.
- Experience of managing change in a fast-paced organisation.
- Good project management skills.
- Salary benchmarking & Hay job evaluation (preferable).
- Experience working on a multi-country environment.
