Job Description

  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies for FOH area
  • Develop maintenance procedures for cleaning and replacements of Upholstery and
  • furniture and ensure proper implementation
  • Carry out regular audits for all outlets to identify, plan and resolve issues related to FOH area
  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate FOH focusing on cleanliness, ambience and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with vendors for civil works and with suppliers to procure fabrics, furniture,
  • lights, plants etc. Also coordinate with design team for Specifications and Approvals
  • Conduct regular inspections of FOH areas to identify maintenance needs, cleanliness
  • issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise with project management team and design team for any changes in design of lights, fabric, furniture etc.
  • Liaise with operations to ensure FOH area is well maintained
  • Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and health & safety guidelines
  • Negotiate proposals with outside vendors for execution of work and follow-up on implementation
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Any other relevant ad-hoc task assigned by the line manager or MDs

Minimum Qualifications And Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering or any related field. 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role. Preferred from Fit out background
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Teamwork; communication; Attention to details; Critical thinking and Goal Oriented
