Overview

WeareseekingaqualifiedTrafficEngineeringManagerwithbetween12to15yearsexperiencetojoinour Traffic Engineering and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The candidate must be a degree-qualified professional with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of transport planning and traffic engineering experience in the Middle East.

Your role

• Leadandmanagetrafficengineeringprojectsfromplanningthroughexecution.
• Designanalyzeandoptimizetrafficcontrolsystemsincludingsignalssignageandroadlayouts. Conduct traffic studies simulations and data analysis to improve traffic efficiency and safety.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsincludingurbanplanningconstructionandpublicagencies. Develop and implement traffic management strategies and policies.
• Ensurecompliancewithlocalstateandnationaltrafficregulationsandstandards. Monitor project timelines budgets and deliverables.
• Mentorandguidejuniorengineersandtechnicalstaff.
• Stayupdatedwithadvancementsinsmarttrafficsystemsandtransportationtechnologies

About you

Qualifications

• Bachelorsormasters degree in civil engineeringTransportationEngineeringorrelatedfield. 12- 15 Years years of experience in traffic engineering or transportation planning.
• Provenexperiencemanagingteamsandlarge-scaleprojects.
• Strongknowledgeoftrafficmodelingtools(). Familiarity with traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills. Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementabilities.
• ProfessionalEngineer(PE)licenseorequivalentcertification.
• ExperiencewithsmartmobilitysolutionsandITS(IntelligentTransportationSystems). Exposure to sustainable transportation initiatives.
