We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support human resources and office administration operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can balance HR responsibilities with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
Assist with payroll coordination attendance and leave management
Handle visa processing and coordination with PRO/government authorities
Manage office administration facilities vendors and supplies
Prepare HR and admin reports and support employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in HR & Admin roles (construction/engineering industry is a plus)
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
