The Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and creating a positive first impression for the organization. This position serves as a central point of contact for visitors callers and internal teams while ensuring smooth front office coordination effective communication and compliance with security procedures.

Front Office & Administrative Operations: Oversee reception visitor management call handling meeting rooms records and coordination with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring service quality and policy compliance.
Business Travel Management: Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements vendor relationships policy compliance cost control and real-time support for travel issues.
Physical Security & Safety: Oversee office security access control CCTV visitor management emergency procedures audits and incident reporting to ensure a safe workplace.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive engagement initiatives wellbeing programs events recognition and act as the main contact for facilities-related employee support.
Office Expansion & Space Management: Lead office expansions relocations space planning vendor coordination budgeting and ensure smooth operational transitions.
SAP NonTrade Procurement: Create and manage non-trade PRs in SAP ensure accurate coding policy compliance coordination with Finance and Procurement and audit readiness.
What would make a great fit
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative front office or customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in office technology telephone systems and standard computer applications with professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
