We are hiring a Sales Manager for a fast-growing E-commerce platform in Dubai. This is a fully on-site role for a motivated sales professional who can build strong partnerships drive revenue and lead sales growth in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce sales strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships with merchants brands and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the e-commerce platform in Dubai and UAE
Identify and onboard new sellers brands vendors and business partners
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
Negotiate commercial terms pricing and contracts
Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer demands
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve performance and sales results
Prepare regular reports on pipeline sales performance and revenue growth
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager preferably in e-commerce marketplace platforms or online services - B2C environment
Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage client relationships and handle key accounts
Target-driven mindset with strong leadership skills
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
Fluent in English
