Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) OSS / Tools Administrator
- Administer and maintain ManageEngine tool suite (OpManager EventLog Analyzer Analytics Plus PAM360 ServiceDesk).
- Design and optimize dashboards SLA reports and alerting to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
- Support API integrations with external systems (e.g. SIEM ITSM APM Cloud platforms).
- Handle tool patching database maintenance user access control and permission management.
- Ensure system stability security compliance and performance tuning for ManageEngine components.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve monitoring reporting and automation capabilities.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting and documentation skills to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Apply knowledge of network monitoring event management and ITSM best practices.
- Leverage experience with database administration and API integrations to support tool functionality.
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure smooth tool operations and enhancements.
