Job Summary
As an Administrator at Wall Street English you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the center. You act as a key point of contact for students staff and visitors delivering a professional and welcoming experience aligned with Wall Street English standards.
You will support both academic and commercial functions by maintaining accurate records coordinating schedules assisting students and ensuring operational efficiency. Through strong organizational skills attention to detail and a service-oriented approach your work will directly contribute to student satisfaction and overall center performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth daily center operations.
- Maintain accurate student records contracts schedules and documentation.
- Support students by handling inquiries bookings and resolving issues professionally.
- Assist sales and service teams with coordination reporting and follow-ups.
- Manage reception duties and act as a professional ambassador of Wall Street English.
- University degree or relevant professional qualification.
- Proven administrative or customer service experience preferably in an educational environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems; familiarity with CRM or student management systems is a plus.
- Fluent in the local language(s) with good spoken and written English.
- Professional service-oriented and proactive with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment and flexible with operational working hours.
