Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize records related to waste collection, disposal, and transport
Coordinate daily schedules for drivers, pickups, and site operations
Prepare and manage invoices, delivery notes, and service reports
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Ensure proper documentation for municipality and regulatory compliance
Track vehicle logs, permits, and service schedules
Support HR with attendance, timesheets, and staff records
Assist in preparing reports for management

Requirements:

Proven experience as Admin Assistant (logistics or waste management preferred)
Knowledge of basic documentation and compliance in UAE (Dubai Municipality is a plus)
Good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to coordinate with drivers and field staff
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
