Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Registration Officer to handle property transfer and registration processes within our Real Estate Trustee Office. This role is central to ensuring all transactions are completed accurately efficiently and in full compliance with UAE regulations.

The position focuses on property registration documentation and coordination with relevant authorities playing a key role in the legal transfer of property ownership.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate registration processes strong attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation with precision.


Key Responsibilities

Property Registration & Transactions

  • Handle end-to-end property registration and transfer processes.

  • Prepare and process documentation for property ownership transfer.

  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and trustee procedures.

Client Coordination

  • Guide clients through the registration process in a clear and professional manner.

  • Verify required documents and ensure all information is complete and accurate.

  • Act as the point of contact during property transfer appointments.

Government & System Coordination

  • Work closely with Dubai Land Department (DLD) systems and trustee platforms.

  • Submit and track registration applications and approvals.

  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Review contracts agreements and supporting documents for accuracy.

  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and registrations.

  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance and legal requirements.

Process Efficiency

  • Monitor timelines and ensure transactions are completed within required timeframes.

  • Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies promptly.

  • Support improvements in registration workflows and procedures.


Requirements

  • Minimum 24 years of experience in real estate registration or trustee office operations.

  • Strong understanding of property transfer and DLD procedures.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
