Job Summary
Job Title: Physiotherapist
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions movement disorders and pain levels.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer various physical therapies including manual therapy exercise programs and the use of specialized equipment.
- Educate patients on exercises techniques and lifestyle modifications to aid in their rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations policies and standards.
- Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physiotherapy.
- Ensure all therapy equipment is properly maintained and available for patient care.
Qualifications:
- DOH licensed Physiotherapist is a must.
- Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple patients.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and standards.
- Immediate availability preferred.
