Experience : 1 year (Local candidates needed)
Sourcing: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn Naukri Indeed) social media and niche tech communities to identify potential candidates.
Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical basics communication skills and cultural fit.
Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high data integrity.
Market Mapping: Assist in researching industry trends and competitor talent pools to improve sourcing strategies.
Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process
