Job Summary
The objective of this requirement is to improve our current setup across ITSM CMDB Discovery and BMC Client Management (BCM) with a strong focus on IT Asset Management optimization and overall platform efficiency.
We are specifically looking for a resource with the following expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in BMC Helix / ITSM.
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB CI management and BMC Discovery
- Experience with BMC Client Management (BCM) including software deployment patching and device control
- Ability to design and optimize workflows approval processes and service templates (Incident Change Service Request etc.)
- Experience in dashboard creation reporting and analytics
- Capability to support ongoing enhancements issue resolution and automation
- Good understanding of ITIL processes governance and compliance requirements
- Relevant BMC certifications (preferred/required)
