Scope of Testing Engagement
Manage and deliver endtoend (E2E) testing engagement covering Jaywan Co-Badge surrounding integrated system testing ( Like Ambit Ethix Prime - Cards CDM ATM 360 CSF IVR BPM Chatbot SMS Etc.) integrated within ADIB’s ecosystem.
Skill & Experience Requirements
- Extensive QA Experience : Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance specifically within the banking domain with strong exposure to Ambit Ethix Prime - Cards CDM ATM 360 CSF IVR BPM Chatbot and SMS systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in tools and platforms such as Putty SSH Shell Rapid SQL PL/SQL Developer SQL Server Citrix ETL Informatica and Crystal Reports.
- Test Documentation: Extensive experience in preparing reviewing and validating RTMs test cases test plans test strategies and test closure reports.
- Testing Expertise: Strong capabilities in SIT and UAT including functional integration regression and endtoend testing across frontend and backend systems.
- Defect & Requirement Management: Expertise in requirement analysis gap analysis between BRD and FSD defect tracking triage discussions and handling change requests.
- Deployment & Validation: Experience in managing application and database deployments including validation of financial transactions and services postdeployment.
- Project & Environment Management: Ability to manage UAT projects endtoend coordinate environment setup with IT teams maintain version control and conduct retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with business users vendors and support teams for test execution and defect resolution.
- Reporting & Metrics: Experience in preparing effort estimations capacity plans dashboards and daily/weekly status reports for senior management.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security regulatory and compliance standards maintain testing artifacts and support UAT coordination and formal signoff.
Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated ability in team building mentoring and leading cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
