Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Role Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional user experiences for our web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative frontend solutions using React and while ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in HTML CSS JavaScript and various frontend technologies along with a collaborative mindset to work closely with backend teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality scalable frontend applications using React and .

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience.

• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Implement state management solutions using React hooks (useReducer useState) and design patterns.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.

• Integrate APIs and manage data flow between frontend and backend systems.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.

• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration of services.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvements.

• Implement testing strategies using Jest and Enzyme to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Apply CI/CD practices using Git and manage code releases effectively

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• 7 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React and .

• Manage the hiring process for frontend developers including screening interviewing and selection and on-boarding for backend team.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Strong proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript.

• Expert knowledge of React including design patterns and state management.

• Proficient in including SSR CSR and routing.

• Familiarity with Styled-Components and UI libraries (e.g. Helmet React Table).

• Experience with and for backend integration.

• Solid understanding of debugging techniques including using ELK logs.

• Experience with API integration and browser caching strategies.

• Knowledge of testing libraries particularly Jest and Enzyme.

• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Most Preferred proficiency in speaking and writing Arabic
