About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Design Manager to lead and manage the design process for high-end real estate development projects. The role involves overseeing architectural and multidisciplinary design activities ensuring alignment with project vision quality standards and regulatory requirements while delivering innovative and functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & StrategyLead the overall design process from concept to detailed design design vision aligns with project objectives brand standards and market innovation creativity and functionality in all design design guidelines standards and best & Stakeholder ManagementManage and coordinate with architects consultants and design and approve design submissions drawings and timely delivery of design milestones and project with internal stakeholders clients and Coordination & ExecutionEnsure design integration across all disciplines including architectural structural and with project management and construction teams for smooth design-related issues during project value engineering and cost optimization Assurance & ComplianceEnsure all designs comply with local regulations codes and high-quality design output and attention to and monitor design consistency and adherence to compliance with sustainability and environmental standards where & Cost ControlMonitor design budgets and control costs throughout project cost planning and ensure design solutions align with budget in value engineering to optimize project design changes and their financial & DocumentationPrepare design reports presentations and updates for proper documentation of design approvals and design progress and ensure timely delivery of submission processes for authority approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Architecture Design or a related field.812 years of experience in design management within real estate development or experience in managing high-end residential or commercial experience and knowledge of local authority requirements is highly preferred.
