About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Infrastructure Engineer to support the planning design and execution of infrastructure works within a premium real estate development environment. The role involves ensuring quality compliance and timely delivery of infrastructure projects including roads utilities and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Design & PlanningAssist in the design and development of infrastructure systems including roads utilities drainage and sewer engineering drawings specifications and technical designs comply with local authority regulations and international with consultants and design teams for project Execution & Site CoordinationSupervise and monitor infrastructure works with contractors consultants and project work is executed as per approved drawings and technical issues and provide engineering support during Assurance & ComplianceEnsure all infrastructure works meet quality standards and project inspections and monitor construction compliance with health safety and environmental and address non-conformities and implement corrective & Services CoordinationCoordinate with authorities and service providers for utilities such as water electricity and timely approvals and clearances for infrastructure installation and integration of utility alignment of infrastructure with overall project & DocumentationPrepare technical reports progress updates and site records of drawings approvals and project project milestones risks and proper documentation for audits and project CoordinationLiaise with internal teams consultants contractors and in project meetings and provide technical effective communication and coordination across all smooth execution of infrastructure projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.48 years of experience in infrastructure engineering within real estate or construction in roads drainage and utility works is project experience and knowledge of local authority requirements is highly preferred.
