Job Summary
- Lead and enforce HSE standards; promote strong safety culture across civil works.
- Manage execution of earthworks concrete underground and structural activities.
- Ensure first-time-right quality through approved method statements and ITPs.
- Contribute to construction planning scheduling and constructability reviews.
- Monitor progress productivity and milestones; implement corrective actions.
- Lead civil supervisors and direct manpower; manage subcontractors effectively.
- Coordinate with engineering and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies HSE quality and information security requirements.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma.
- 15 years of experience in onshore oil & gas / petrochemical construction
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors
