About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Accountant to manage financial operations within a dynamic real estate environment. The role involves handling property-related accounting financial reporting and compliance while ensuring accuracy in transactions and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial ManagementMaintain accurate financial records including general ledger journal entries and day-to-day accounting transactions related to real estate monthly quarterly and annual financial proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial activities.
Property AccountingManage accounting for property portfolios including rental income service charges and receivables and payables related to tenants landlords and property accounts and ensure accurate allocation of lease agreements and ensure financial compliance.
Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and ensure timely collections and follow up on outstanding payment schedules and maintain vendor client billing and invoicing processes.
Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare financial reports and provide insights to management. Analyze financial data to identify trends and budgeting forecasting and cost control in preparing reports for investors and stakeholders.
Compliance & Audit SupportEnsure compliance with UAE accounting standards and in VAT filing documentation and internal and external audits by preparing required financial controls and ensure adherence to policies.
Coordination & SupportCoordinate with property management leasing and finance in payroll and expense reimbursements if organized financial records for audits and finance-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.36 years of experience in accounting preferably within the real estate of property accounting VAT regulations and financial reporting is preferred.
