About the Role

AsShowcaller you will lead the live execution of shows ensuring all technical and performance elements are delivered with precision and accuracy.

This is ahigh-pressure detail-critical rolewhere you will take full control of cueing and timing coordinating across teams to ensure seamless delivery from rehearsals through to live performance.

• Call alltechnical and performance cuesduring rehearsals and live shows
• Leadrehearsals cue sessions and technical run-throughs
• Coordinate closely withtechnical production and stage teams
• Maintain full control ofshow flow and executionduring live events
• Ensure precisetiming transitions and sequencing
• Adapt quickly to changes makingreal-time decisions under pressure
• Support overallshow delivery to ensure consistency and quality

About You

Proven experience inshowcallingfor live events or productions

Strong technical understanding oflive production systems and cueing

Clear confident communicator under pressure

Highlyorganisedwith excellent attention to detail

Calm and decisive infast-paced high-pressure environments

Proven experience working inlive show environments

Strong coordination timing and cue management skills

Understanding oftechnical production and stage operations

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE or open to relocation
