About the Role

AsProgramming Manager you willbe responsible forshaping and delivering event content and entertainment schedules across LINKVIVAs projects.

This is ahands-on fast-paced rolewhere you will manage programming plans coordinate talent and ensure seamless delivery across all stages and platforms.

You will play a key role in aligning content with creative direction ensuring that every element contributes to a cohesive and engaging audience experience.

About You

Strong experience inprogramming content curation or entertainment delivery

Highlyorganised with the ability to managemultiple schedules and stakeholders

Audience-focused with an understanding ofengagement and experience design

A confident communicator able to manage talent and stakeholders

Proactive and adaptable infast-paced live environments

Strong attention to detail and delivery quality

What You Need to Apply

Proven experience inevents programming or content-led roles

Strong coordination planning and stakeholder management skills

Understanding oflive event delivery and production processes

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE or open to relocation
