Job Summary
Job brief
Run administer and deliver Global project orders under the direction of Service Delivery Management aiming at the flawless execution of the project.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order delivery of all Global products efficiently and within the timeline maintaining KPIs to ensure right-first-time delivery
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments/partners to provision the services within the agreed KPI
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements scope and objectives
- Help prepare project proposals timeframes schedule and budget
- Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Use project management methodology to monitor working hours budget plans and money spend
- Manage and Work closely with e&/Partners operation team and product team to ensure that services are consistently delivered to the expectations of our customers for the timeline and technical capability.
- Arrange with respective stakeholders to issue all appropriate legal paperwork
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
- Act as a Single Point of contact in establishing Network-to-Network Interface (NNI)
- Ensure all activities are streamlined from the initial request for NNI creation to the final stage of NNI readiness for service (RFS) .
- Ensure efficiency and collaboration across teams in adherence to business rules
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in project management in a related field
- CCNA Certified
- ITIL Certified
- Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
- BS/BE in a related field
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
