About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based professional services firm to hire for this role. Their leadership team is expanding fast and needs a highly capable VA to manage their time communications and priorities.

The role

Youll provide high-level administrative support to one or two senior executives managing calendars coordinating travel handling correspondence and owning the projects that keep their days running smoothly.

What youll do

• Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and handle all travel logistics
• Draft respond to and prioritise emails on behalf of senior executives
• Research topics prepare briefing documents and produce polished summaries
• Track tasks and outstanding actions across multiple workstreams
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What youll need

• Excellent written English you write on behalf of senior leaders
• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
• Proactive: you see what needs doing and do it
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Nice to have

• Experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives
• Familiarity with tools like Notion Asana or
• Prior experience in professional services or financial services
