Job Summary

Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives including budgeting forecasting and performance reporting
Oversee cost accounting and analysis to drive operational efficiency and profitability
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards
Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange commodities and market fluctuations
Optimize working capital and cash flow management across global operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business planning
Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA

815 years of experience in manufacturing

Strong expertise in FP&A costing and financial reporting

Hands-on experience in risk management (forex commodity & financial risk)

Exposure to international trade working capital & cash flow management

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
