- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives including budgeting forecasting and performance reporting
- Oversee cost accounting and analysis to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards
- Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange commodities and market fluctuations
- Optimize working capital and cash flow management across global operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business planning
- Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA
815 years of experience in manufacturing
Strong expertise in FP&A costing and financial reporting
Hands-on experience in risk management (forex commodity & financial risk)
Exposure to international trade working capital & cash flow management
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
