Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable and revenue cycle management

* Drive collections efficiency and manage customer ageing & credit exposure

* Oversee VAT compliance filings and audit readiness

* Support Corporate Tax processes and liaise with tax advisors

* Strengthen internal controls and manage intercompany reconciliations

* Collaborate with Sales Finance and IT for process improvements and automation

Key Focus Areas:

* Cash flow optimization & collections discipline

* Credit risk management

* VAT compliance and audit coordination

* Process efficiency and ERP enhancements

Requirements

Requirements:

* CA / ACCA / CPA qualified

* 58 years of experience in AR Credit Control and Tax

* UAE VAT compliance experience is mandatory

* Experience in Pharma / FMCG trading & distribution preferred

* Strong ERP (JDE) and advanced Excel skills

Required Skills:

Requirements CA with 20 years of experience in manufacturing finance (Pharmaceuticals mandatory). Proven expertise in multi-location financial management and compliance. Strong leadership analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities. High integrity strategic mindset and the ability to influence business outcomes. Mandatory: Female candidates aged 5053 years.
