Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced Male Wardrobe Assistant to join a VVIP private household in Abu Dhabi.

This role requires someone with a strong background in luxury wardrobe management garment care and personal styling support along with the ability to work in a discreet and high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the clients wardrobe ensuring all garments are well-maintained and properly stored
Prepare daily outfits in line with the clients schedule and preferences
Handle luxury and designer clothing with care including ironing steaming and coordinating dry cleaning
Pack and unpack wardrobe for travel ensuring complete outfit coordination
Maintain inventory of clothing shoes and accessories
Coordinate with tailors stylists and external service providers
Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

Male candidate (as per client requirement)

Proven experience as a Wardrobe Assistant / Closet Manager / Personal Stylist Assistant in a VIP or luxury setting

Strong knowledge of fabrics garment care and luxury brands

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High level of discretion and attention to detail

Flexible and able to adapt to client schedules.

Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.

Required Skills:

Certification as a Barista Trainer from a recognized institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in barista training especially in 5-star hotels. Strong skills and expertise in coffee making and mixology. Proficient in Arabic and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
