Job Summary
Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Overview
A skilled HVAC Technician is required to install maintain and repair heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. The role involves ensuring optimal system performance energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards in residential commercial or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation testing and commissioning of HVAC systems including split ACs chillers VRF systems and ducting units
- Routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation
- Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on electrical and mechanical components
- Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements for energy efficiency
- Handling refrigerants safely in compliance with environmental regulations
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings blueprints and manuals
- Ensuring all work is completed as per safety standards and company guidelines
- Maintaining service records logs and reporting issues to supervisors
- Responding to emergency breakdowns and providing quick resolutions
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Certification in HVAC systems or refrigeration is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and controls
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems components and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of air balancing ducting and ventilation systems
- Ability to use tools and testing equipment effectively
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with safety standards and HVAC regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic communication skills in English
