Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in CRM systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and implementing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with CRM platforms
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement AI solutions tailored for CRM systems to automate workflows predict customer behavior and optimize business operations.
- Analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing CRM platforms.
- Develop machine learning models and algorithms to support sales marketing and customer support initiatives.
- Maintain and update AI systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize AI-driven processes within the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with AI technologies tools and best practices in CRM and real estate applications.
- Document AI solutions workflows and processes clearly for internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or related field.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho CRM or similar).
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python R or similar languages.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience in the real estate sector including property management systems listings or sales processes.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or chatbot development for CRM.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and CRM integrations.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Backend Development using Python. Hands-on experience with one or more frameworks: Django / DRF / FastAPI / Flask Good experience with databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB Experience with Git and version control systems. Good understanding of caching and rate limiting concepts. Knowledge of Docker or Cloud services is a plus.
